There are no limits to the number of bags.
We ask that bags are a maximum of 22kg for safety reasons.
You are free to leave anytime you wish however bags should be left at reception by 9am each morning.
We guarantee delivery to the next accommodation before 4pm although it is often a lot earlier than that.
When we deliver the bags, we’ll send you a message on WhatsApp with a picture and description of where we have left the bags (e.g. Reception/Guest Room etc) so you know where they’ll be when you arrive.
We cover the route in both directions so whichever direction you decide to walk, we can assist.
We can deliver to any Hotel, B&B, Guest House and Campsite on the route.
We will do our best to support you wild camping however we do recommend stopping at registered campsites as we can access those facilities easily.
Where possible, we can arrange to meet you at specific times/locations to collect your bags from you.
We can meet you at Newtonmore / Kingussie / Aviemore when the train arrives early morning.
Our cycle tours start at £350 + VAT for up to and including 4 bags.
If you’re staying overnight in Inverness before starting, we’ll collect from your accommodation. We can also meet at a bike rental office or train station if required.
We can absolutely take supplies however we won’t be able to meet you en-route, they’ll be taken to your accommodation along with your bags.
We’d recommend keeping a small bag with essentials for use during the cycle.
We can provide baggage transfers across Scotland for group cycle tours. Due to the geography of Scotland, we’re best suited to groups of 15 or more to ensure the route is cost effective for everyone.
The NC500 is available for large groups, with daily support stops an option too.
Unfortunately we do not hire bikes out ourselves but can recommend several local companies who can assist.
